Add Gallery Images to your vBAdvanced CMPS 3.x
Do you have PhotoPost vBGallery v2.0 + installed ?

Looking @ changes in the gallery. This hack will work with vbgallery 2.2, 2.3 out of the box.
- you can get a patch if you have 2.0, 2.1 - here.

Tested on:
- vBulletin 3.6.8 - 3.7
- PhotoPost vBGallery v2.3 - 2.4
- vBadvanced CMPS v3.0 RC1

*** How to Install:
======================

In your Admin Control Panel

1)
AdminCP => Plugins & Products => [Add/Import Product]
- Import Product:
- Browse "product-sz1_gallery_cmps.xml"
- [Import]

2)
Admincp => vBa CMPS => Download / Upload Module
Click [Browse]
Browse for the file "imagegallery.module"

3)
Settings can be set per page.
Admincp => vBa CMPS => edit/add Page
- Image Gallery

Hmmm, I updated to this new block, copied the module in CMPS using a new module name and got 2 modules on the page now.

BUT, it's still pulling in the image bits, image count, col span, etc. from the 2nd image block.

Also weird :

1st image block is 2 images, col span 2 (horizontal)
2nd image block is 4 images, col span 1 (vertical)

1st image block show the same 4 images (vertical) with the image bits as the 2nd image block, PLUS the 2 horizontal images (no image bit fields as selected).

Seems like it's still mixing up some of the settings between the 2 blocks ??

Or am I missing a setting somewhere ?

You're almost there

I've got 3 modules now on my test site, all with diff image counts/col span/image bit settings and seems to be displaying ok.

Your new field Image Size is not being saved properly. Always comes back to Thumbnail. Doesn't look like the JS code to untick the Use Default option is being called/set when you change that field. If you manually untick the Use Default option, then the Image Size field is saved properly.

A related quirk - when I set Image Size to Original and save the settings, the resulting block disappears. Might be because I don't have any of the original pictures in my gallery ? Something for you to check out.

The Image Size field actually works out rather nicely if you want to display a single random large/normal sized picture on the home page. Nice touch ! Dunno if that was your intention or just a nice by-product of that setting !

I see the JS error on removing the checkmark when selecting a different option.

Correct.
There are 3 size options in the gallery Thumbs, Normal, and Original images.
