National Friends of the Library Week...
Our Field Deputy Megan Cottier works with local libraries in our District, and brings word of the National Friends of the Library Week at Granada Hills branch library. Don't miss this week-long celebration of the local library, its importance in our community, and the important role that the Friends of Library groups play in keeping libraries thriving.
From October 17 to October 23, Granada Hills Library is hosting several events for kids and adults. On October 19, authors Cheris Mancuso and John Scarano will host a reading and discussion of their new book "Coldspring." The reading is free, but please RSVP to (818) 368-5687 since space is limited. Light refreshments will be served.
