FCC to hold an "open" workshop on so called net neutrality rules today

This afternoon the FCC's newly hired Distinguished Scholar in Residence Stuart Benjamin will moderate the commission's workshop on free speech and so called net neutrality rules. The FCC says the goal of their workshops is “to promote an open dialogue between the FCC and key constituents on matters important to the National Broadband Plan.
