Brush canola oil onsheet pan

8-Cups of Flower

2-Cups of Canolaoil

1 1/2-Cups ofVodka 90 proof

Dump all ingredients in large punch bowl, mixing with large wood spoon. Then use your hands to knead the dough. Cut into 4 sections. You need to spread flour over some wax paper on your table. The wax paper will help youpick up the flatten dough for placing in your Pan. Put ¼ of your dough on wax paper. Roll the dough out keeping it about 1/8”thick. Trim and place large pieces in pan. Repeat the same for the 2nd ¼ of the dough. Cover the side lips of the sheet with dough pressing it together with dough on the bottom, filling any cracks or holes you find. Put dough scraps back in the bowl. Brush dough with Canola oil. Put in preheated oven at 400*F about 10min.or until some light brownness occurs. Take out let cool.

6- Cups Ground Beef,”Hamburger “

12 Pieces ofAmerican cheese

1 Onion, White chopped

1/3 Cup Worcestershire sauce

1TS Salt

2 ts Pepper

1 Cup Steve’s Hot sauce

Chop one onion into small pieces. Take onions, beef, and Worcestershire sauceand fry. Separate, smash, and turn mixture constantly adding Salt. When all the moister has cooked away exceptoil left from the beef, it’s done.

Add Pepper. Place the cheese overthe cooked dough.

Add beef over cheese.

Add Steve’s hot sauce making halfts size piles in several equally spaced areas over the meet.

Take remaining ½ of dough and crumble over meat equally. Bake in 425*oven for 20 to 40min. or until crumbles are nice and brown.. Don’t worry about It drying out because we haven’t even made the gravy yetJ

You will need a lot of gravy forth is entree. Use any grease left over from frying the beef along with ½ cup of Canola oil. Add flour about ½ cup or until you see it turning pasty. Don’t over cook burning the flour. Add a mixture of one 12oz can of evaporated milk with 36oz of water into the oil/flour mixture. Add ¼ of the milk at a time and stir quickly.Add Salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally until thick.

Serve Gravy over Your Okie pan pie

Steve’sHot Sauce

Makes 6qts.

Buy a Gallon of jalapenos, the cheep ones. Pull or cut off stems and put about 3 cups in a blinder. Add one totwo onions cut into 6 pieces each to the blinder. Add liquid from peppers to help liquefy mixture. Pour into large punch bowl. Add ½ gal ofcrushed tomatoes to punch bowl. Add 1/3 cup black pepper and 1TS salt. Mix then check for salt taste. Add more if needed. You will know by the taste. Freeze reminderof peppers for future use. Crushed tomatoes can work in pastas etc.

Don’t be afraid to use veggies oranything else in your frig to grind up in your sauce. You can use water to clean your blinder pouring in to your sauce, just makes more. What a deal.
