Steve’sHot Sauce

Makes 6qts.

Buy a Gallon of jalapenos, the cheep ones. Pull or cut off stems and put about 3 cups in a blinder. Add one totwo onions cut into 6 pieces each to the blinder. Add liquid from peppers to help liquefy mixture. Pour into large punch bowl. Add gal ofcrushed tomatoes to punch bowl. Add 1/3 cup black pepper and 1TS salt. Mix then check for salt taste. Add more if needed. You will know by the taste. Freeze reminderof peppers for future use. Crushed tomatoes can work in pastas etc.

Don’t be afraid to use veggies oranything else in your frig to grind up in your sauce. You can use water to clean your blinder pouring in to your sauce, just makes more. What a deal.
